No Refunds on Services Rendered: Once a service has been provided, we do not offer refunds for any completed treatments.

Refunds on Packages: For clients who have purchased packages, partial refunds are available only for unused services. The refund amount will be based on the full price of the services used, and any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reverted.

Discount Reversal: If you received a discount on a package and request a refund for unused services, the services you have already availed will be charged at their full price, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
