I tried the laser therapy for quitting smoking. Worked great, you do still get cravings but they're different kind of cravings. For example, I always drink coffee with smoking, when I got a craving I would crave the coffee but it felt like I just had cigarette. It worked very well for me, after a few days the cravings stop. I've been smoking for 19 years, would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to quit smoking.
